Binary - definition
Binary is a numeric system that consists of only two (2) digits. Binary is also known as base-2. The computer’s process runs or operates in binary, which means the system stores data or performs calculations only by using two (2) digits that are Zero (1) and One (1). Zero (0) denotes the OFF state and one (1) denotes the ON state. In Boolean logic, 0 means False and 1 means True.
When the codes are executed electronically then 0 denotes 0V and 1 denotes +5V [Here, V means volts]. One bit contains a single binary value where a byte contains eight (8) binary values, because we all know may know the conversion is 8bit = 1byte.
