It is a kind of algorithm, which shows multiple suggestions while typing on text box in order to reduce the hassle while typing something. It learns from the users daily typing habit, most/frequently used words, most/frequently used expressions, style of writing etc. While dealing with big amount of texts/paragraphs, this feature becomes a really helpful option.
