Root - definition
The root is the process in the Android operating system to unveil the privileged control. Root provides the user to have control over a few other built-in features which is being hidden by the manufacturer to avoid system vulnerability or security issues. Sometimes it is considered as the Jailbreak in iPhone, but in reality, the jailbreak is a bit different process, rather it only allows users to install an application from 3rd party uncertified developers by bypassing the security patches provided by the iOS manufacturer.
